Terms
♦ Customers should vacate the theatre with all their belongings on or before the end time.
♦ Illegal Activates such as smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited.
♦ We are not responsible for your personal belongings.
♦ In Case of any damage or loss to properties (including balloons) during the presence would charge an appropriate cost for the customers.
♦ Customers can't move any properties or goods which are organized under the circumstances.
♦ The customer should carry proper valid proof. For streaming the content and the customer cannot stream any content prohibited in India. The age group of 18+ can book the theatre. Minor ones can come along with their Parents or Guardians but Minor ones cannot book the theatre.
♦ Refund policy - There will be no refund, or postponement.
♦ Illegal content is prohibited and we will not entertain such activities and we don't allow such customers.
♦ Customers are not allowed to touch or change any technical or non-technical items in the theatre such as screen projector or speakers, or light. In case of any damage appropriate fine will be raised upon it.
♦ Customers are not allowed to carry out any properties or any decoration items which is been done in the theatre without our permission.
♦ Content is not provided from our end but u need to bring your own account to log in and the required facilities will be given from our end.
♦ If there is any failure in working of the projector, laptop, internet access or sound system - we will reimburse the paid amount after deducting the rent for the period of time before interruption
♦ In cases where cleaners would be required to clean the garbage, left over's and other wastes after the customers check out, the customers will have to pay appropriate cleaning fee. Of Rs.200/-
♦ Outside food is not allowed, customers an order food in the cafe.
